Ashley A. Grant is a Postdoctoral Fellow in the Graduate School of Education at the University at Buffalo (SUNY). She leads the new Center for the Study of First-Generation College Student Experiences.
Before beginning her doctoral study, Ashley earned her B.A. in Linguistics from Georgetown University and taught 5th grade in urban Catholic schools in Philadelphia, PA through Alliance for Catholic Education at Saint Joseph's (ACESJU) program (where she earned her M.S. in Education). She now lives in the Elmwood Village section of Buffalo, where she has spent quarantine reading with her cat and partner and yoga-ing with Adrienne. |
